Who we are
Formed in 2014 with a successful track record in delivering services to high performance sport, we are a small company with big ambitions.
Led by Director, Simone Lewis – who has over 25 years’ experience working in high performance sport we are supported by high quality associates from high performance sport, coaching, research, psychology, learning and development, business, education and the military.
We operate predominantly across high performance sport in the UK and internationally. We also support business, education, and other sectors.

Visionary leader and innovator in high performance sport with a track record for cultural change and people development in professional football with the English Premier League and Right to Dream.
Worked with FIFA on global leadership development, and previously the Head of Learning and Development at the Premier League, Simone is passionate about building strategy and creating programmes and interventions to develop people. At the Premier League she engineered transformational change through the creative design of large development initiatives for coaches, coach developers, managers, leaders, senior teams, players, Premier League staff and to address diversity. She was responsible for 400 people’s development across professional football and led a team of over 140 experts.
Simone was most recently the Chief Culture Officer at Right to Dream, previously the Head of Science and Medicine and a senior leader at TeamBath, one of the UK’s leading high performance centres, had a 10 year career in Higher Education, was an international and professional athlete and coach in the Olympic Sport of Volleyball and is an accredited executive coach (EMCC) and sport scientist (BASES – Psychology) – passionate about developing individuals, teams and organisations in sport.
Simone is the founder and director of Performance Focus Ltd providing consultancy and coaching to individuals, teams and organisations across high performance sport and business.
Her aim is to challenge and support people in the arena via the sharing of her learning and vulnerability and to collaboratively inspire holistic, transformational growth
